Winter is Coming!

Welcome back after a great summer! This week has brought back much needed moisture to town including the first real snow accumulation of the winter at the pass.

The Cameron Peak Fire of 2020 greatly impacted many areas that we like to enjoy and caused many recreation closures last winter. Most of the burn area is now open to recreational use. Please check the latest closure information before venturing into the backcountry.

Look for normal posts starting in the coming weeks.

Last report for 2020/2021 Season

The snow is melting fast and the river is coming up. Time to swap out those skis and boards for kayaks and rafts. It was a weird season with the fire and all the closures on top of a pandemic. Hope everyone was able to get out, find some powder, and get a few good turns in. Have a great summer and we’ll see you back here in a few months when the snow begins to build again.
